川西市貸農園では、開園当時から「陶芸教室」を開講しています。
「のら陶」という名前は、貸農園で農作業しながら陶芸に親しむと言う想いでなずけられました。
家庭菜園もやりつつ、雨の時は陶芸を楽しまれるという社交場になっています。
電動ロクロ
開講の曜日や時間帯は
陶芸教室の開校日については、通常は土日祝日です。
時間帯も午前10時ごろからで。特に決まっているわけではありません。
陶芸指導の先生が来られ、丁寧な指導をされています。
入校後については、生徒さんの都合で平日でも陶芸は可能になっています。
非常に熱心な方は、早朝に来られて作陶されてから帰られるケースもあります。
ある面で、大人の陶芸同好会のようで、皆さんお互いに親交を深めておられます。
陶芸教室の設備
陶芸教室の設備ですが、電動ロクロが３台、陶芸釜が２台設置されています。
その他、ロクロ等の用具もあり、十分とは言えないかもしれませんがご用意しています。
作陶の作業台も自作ながら十分に活用されています。
開講して数年が経ち、生徒さんの技量も上がってきて素晴らしいい作品が誕生しています。
陶芸教室の雰囲気について
貸農園での陶芸教室ですが、ファームを借りる必要はありません
陶芸だけを楽しむでも大丈夫で、何の問題もありません。
また、川西市貸農園の施設もご利用いただけます。
陶芸の合間に里山の穏やかな風景を楽しんでおられます。
お茶会をされるなど、生徒さんの交流の場となっています。

もともとの陶芸教室は、有志の方の手づくりで始められたものです。
ブロックを積み上げ、教室もDIYでの開講でした。
この里山で、自然の中での土との触れ合いを楽しもう。
そんな意図から始められた陶芸教室です。
大人の陶芸同好会とでも言う講座なので、参加のご負担は少ないです。
一人でも多くの人に「土との触れ合い」を楽しんでもらいたい！
土代も燃焼代も実費で、ここでは公開できないレベルです。
むろん、通常の陶芸教室のように設備完備ではないです。
その分、ここでの時間を楽しんでもらう、そこが「のら陶」のポリィシィーです。
散歩がてらにお寄りになり、一声お声がけ頂ければ幸いです。
