貸し農園では、ただ今、別のプロジェクトが進行中です。
それは、「竹炭と竹酢液製造」という新しいプロジェトです。
既に１号機が完成し、２号機も稼働し始めています。
ただ、現時点では竹炭だけしか製造できず、改良中です。
ペルー缶竹炭製造機１号、現在は改良版を制作中です。
煙突は、昔の「ししおどし」で使用していた煙突の再利用です。
焚き口の改良と送風を工夫し、古い換気扇をリサイクル中です。
これが完成すると、竹炭製造の品質改善と時間短縮が可能になります。
川西市貸し農園・福竹ファームでは、これらの竹炭利用を考えています。
竹炭の品質によって、大きく３段階に分けて利用する予定です。
Ａ～Ｃの三段階で品質を決定し、効率的に竹炭利用を考えています。
竹林が増え続け、里山の風景を変えてしまうという現状があります。
竹炭製造によって、この問題を少しでも改善できるばと願っています。
竹林が整理できれば、風通しや風景が良くなるだけではないのです。
竹炭の品質が上がれば、もっと家庭での利用価値も高まるはずです。
無駄だと思っていた竹林、それが人の生活を改善してくれるかも。
そんな想いもあり、貸し農園での竹炭製造プロジェクトを進めています。
今は真竹での生産で、孟宗竹での生産は３号機からのスタートです。
福竹ファームでは、現状に甘んじることなく挑戦をしていく姿勢です。
失敗があろうとも、これからも動きながら考えていきたいと思っています。
